Nom Mon – Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for supporting us! Because our cakes, pastries, and baked goods are freshly handmade to order and highly perishable, Nom Mon operates under the following terms and conditions:
1. Perishable Goods & Taste Preferences
  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds if you change your mind, cancel your event last minute, or dislike the flavor or design choices selected.
  • Artisanal Variations: Our items are hand-crafted. Minor variations in color, design, and decoration from our website photos are natural and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take great pride in our quality control. If you receive an item that is damaged, structurally compromised, or incorrect upon handover, please follow these steps:
  • 2-Hour Reporting Window: You must report the issue to us within 2 hours of collection or delivery.
  • Required Evidence: Please take clear photographs of the damage, defect, or incorrect item and send them to us immediately.
  • Keep the Product: Please keep the product intact in its original packaging. Do not consume, alter, or discard the item, as we may need to collect it for quality inspection to process your claim.
